At the young age of 19, he began his career at the local franchise of BMW in Trinidad. He was the youngest car salesman in the country at that time, and it was at BMW that he mastered the art of sales and the sales process.

His passion for excellence and dedication to serve his customers resulted in him earning a spot in the top three sales performers at the age of 22. Adrian believes that transforming one company at a time can make a difference in building valuable people. His teachings have helped hundreds of people increase relationships and build strong businesses.

His accolades include Business Consultant for Sales Training, Branding and Marketing, and Regional Instructor for BMW in Product and Technology with KAPTA (Bogota, Colombia). Adrian is also the Creative Executive Producer for a local television series dedicated to overall wellness, health and fitness in Trinidad.

In the past five years Adrian has amassed extensive experience in industries such as Finance, Energy/ Oil and Gas, Manufacturing, Labels, Packaging and Branding, Out of Home Advertising media, Electronics, Gambling, Fast Food Restaurants, Business Publications, Automotive and Retail. He is a National Speaker who has shared insights on various topics including motivation, sales, health and wellness.
